Eating to Boost Immunity

With all the talk about the Coronavirus that is hitting all of us right now; I decided to share a quick post on things that can’t cure it, but try (in their small way) to help you just stay naturally healthy.

There are a lot of things to eat that naturally help boost our immunity. Among those things are garlic, turmeric, salmon, dark leafy greens, and black currents. So here are 5 recipes using those ingredients.

  1. Well, we’re eating lots of salmon and dark, leafy greens these days! Maybe that’s why Dad and I are feeling pretty good right now………along with our diet change over these past 3 months….ie: getting the diabetes under control and the weight down! And going to the gym twice a week is helping as well! Onward!
