Great Neighborhood Parks

Do you ever spend time at your local neighborhood park? I am sure we all did a lot as kids but do you continue to spend time at the parks? I actually love spending time at my local parks. That includes the relatively small neighborhood ones up to the larger well-known and often Instagramed ones. Local parks are the places that I talk a walk, sit on a bench and enjoy a summer evening, play with the dogs, and of course – people watch. I love watching kids having fun in the playground area, or watching people exercise, or watching others sitting on benches passing the time. All of us have a different reason for coming to the park but the park is our unifier. So here are 5 parks that I frequent often.

Noble Woods Park
Hidden Creek West Park
Tualatin Hills Nature Park
George Rogers Park
Maddox Woods Park

  1. Those are some pretty groovy parks you have access to! I think I spent more time up in the mountains as a kid, but that might be because of my love for the trees! You have plenty of those in Oregon to enjoy, without going into the mountains! Nowadays, I spend lots of time in the neighborhood parks with the grandkids but I have to say that Utah does have lots of parks within reach, which I think is great for everyone!
