Time . . .that is a really tricky thing. I should have more time in my work day now that I don’t have a commute but for some reason I am working more hours and time . . . slips right by me.
Getting in exercise seems to be harder as well. I still do my Pilates but sometimes I just need a quick workout to get me pumped for the day, elevate my heart rate, and help sleeping better at night.
