Christmas Dinner (The Meat Addition)

Here we are at Christmas time and most people are already thinking about their special holiday meal. Honestly, I wish I was that person but I seem to be about 2 months behind in what I need to get done before moving on . . .wish me luck. In the meantime, it seems to be a running theme on what meat should be served for your holiday dinner. Where do you sit on this critical decision? I don’t really care what is served just as long as it is noteworthy as opposed to the usual meals in my house. So here are 5 options and recipes to choose from if you are having a hard time deciding.

Best Christmas Turkey
Rosemary Rubbed Prime Rib
Honey-Orange Roasted Whole Duck
Peach Glazed Spiral Ham
Butter-Seared Lobster Tails

Appetizers for Christmas
