Finally Getting Away from the 2020 Rut

Is it just me or does everyone else feel like 2021 was just an extension of 2020? Don’t get me wrong; I have learned and grown a LOT during these past two years but I have also felt like I have been moving along only in second gear. I am ready to start moving at a better, less clunky pace. Ready to start gaining some momentum. I am calling for 2022 to be an AMAZING year! The reality is, not much needs to happen in order for it to be better than the last two years combined. So here are 5 quotes to help us be future and forward thinking.

Happy New Year’s Everyone!!

Last Minute Christmas

Hopefully, everyone is ready for Christmas tomorrow. If not, I hope you are at least not working. Me . . . I am working a little and then doing some last-minute preparations in the form of treats. Other than that, I am just enjoying the Christmas music playing and the quietness of this holiday for me this year. Enjoy the 5 songs I have selected and of course . . .have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

States Still to Visit v.9

The next state on my list is Ohio. Here are 5 things I am hoping to see when I am there.

American Sign Museum
The Haserot Angel
A Christmas Story House and Museum
Cornhenge
The Schoolhouse Restaurant

Appetizers for Christmas

So I asked everyone what they wanted to do for Christmas dinner this year and it was unanimous; appetizers won out over a traditional dinner. So here are 5 recipe possibilities for our dinner.

Dairy-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spicy Tuna Cucumber Bites
Baked Buffalo Wings
Paleo Sweet Potato Bacon Tots
Mashed Sweet Potato Bacon Cups
